Terms of Service

-By commissioning me, you have accepted my Terms of Service
-Your purchase is only for your own personal usage only.
-You're free to repost as long as proper credit has been given
-Please let me know beforehand if you wish for your commission to remain private.
-All characters commissioned must be owned by the commissioner or have explicit permission from the owner to commission the character.
-Do not remove watermarks or signatures.
-Do not edit any commission, unless specifically permitted.
-Do not produce/distribute any commission for commercial use without specific permission.
-Do not use my art for physical items like stickers, charms, figures, etcs. Personal prints are okay!
-My art is absolutely not allowed to be used for NFTs.
-Cryptocurrency will never be accepted as payment.

Payment:
-Payment must be made before any work is started on the commission.
-Paypal ONLY
-I have full right to deny or cancel a commission unless:
-You have already paid for it, in which I will issue a full refund.
-If only the sketch Is complete, then a 50% refund is available. (Partial refunds are granted to the commissioner, and depends on the amount of work I have already completed.)
-Can be denied with or without explanation.
-I won't be refunding already finished commissions.

Art:
-Please have a visual reference sheet for any characters and a detailed description as to what you'd like for the art!
-I will send a progress sketch before completing the piece for confirmation and various adjustments! If anything is forgotten I'll add it free of charge, but anything extra will be charged for not being specified before the purchase, no major adjustments before final completion!
-When commissioning me please make sure the character fits with my art style. My art can vary in style between pieces because I’m still an improving artist.
-I don’t really draw hands. I draw paw-like hands, please keep this in mind when commissioning me.
-If you want the art done by a specific time, please tell me, or else it will be done at the same pace as everyone elses! (specific time MAY result in an extra charge!)
-If I neglect to update you after 2 weeks, please poke me! I may have forgotten to send you a message.
-Finished commissions will be sent by Email as a PNG.
-If uploading my work to ToyHouse please credit me. @Bea_exe
